During the early days of the pandemic, Aaron “Murph” Murphy found himself in Ecuador, surrounded by families who were struggling far more than he was. With very little to give, he chose to help anyway. That simple act—shared honestly—sparked something bigger than anyone expected.
What followed was a wave of support from people who believed in what Murph was doing. That momentum became Murph’s Life, a nonprofit built on the idea that helping should feel human, transparent, and rooted in respect. From the beginning, the focus hasn’t just been on giving aid, but on helping people build something lasting for themselves.
Today, Murph’s Life supports families and communities across Central and South America through housing support, food access, education, and small business opportunities. The goal is always the same: help people get to a place where they can support themselves and their families with dignity. Supporters don’t just donate and move on—they’re able to see the real people behind the work and understand how their support makes a difference.
One of the most exciting projects connected to Murph’s Life is the Botanical Farm & Eco-Resort in El Salvador. It’s not meant to be a traditional resort. Instead, it’s designed as a long-term project that creates local jobs, respects the land, and helps fund the foundation’s work in a sustainable way.
